Bookings

You can request a booking to reserve accommodation by:

  • using the Request form below;
  • calling mob. 021-618-114 (overseas +64-21-618-114);
  • txting the phone no. above.
You will be advised if your requirements are available.

By accepting the booking the person, or organisation making the booking, (the 'Registered Guest') agrees to be fully responsible for themselves and any associated persons and visitors, and any damage they may cause.

All accounts due are payable within 3 working days of departure.
If unpaid, overdue and/or recovery charges may be added.

NOTE. Any extension to a booking is subject to the availability of accommodation.

Cancellations

  • THREE DAYS PRIOR. All cancellations must be notified -- by email or phone -- within three (3) days of the expected day of arrival.
    In this case, if the booking has been pre-paid, a full refund will be made.
  • Otherwise 50% of the total cost of the booked accommodation will be charged. Some exclusions may apply.
